LIllian D. Dockery

Lillian Duggan Dockery, 89, of 126 Old Fort Road, Fairview, died Tuesday, October 29, 2002, in a Henderson County Hospital. She was a native of Jellico, TN and was preceded in death by her parents, Will and Minnie Duggan, her husband, William Dockery in 1975, a daughter, Priscilla Wall, and three sons, David L. Dockery, Paul H. Dockery and Joel Clifford Dockery. Mrs. Dockery is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Ford of Fairview; two sons, Burnie Ray Dockery of Fairview and Jerry Dockery of Asheville; twenty-nine grandchildren and a large number of great and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Thursday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Revs. Larry Nix and Keith Nix officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah View Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
