Linda Suzanne Cain Raper

Linda Suzanne Cain Raper, 56, was called home on January 21, 2026.

Linda was the daughter of Florence Jean Lane and William Lester Cain. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Dewayne Raper and her mother, Jean.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughters, Amber Marie Hixon and Ericca Michelle Garland; her grandchildren, Jackson and Reagan Trantham, Coen and Hattie Hixon; and her brother, Mark Cain.

Linda loved to dive into her bible studies, loved being a “mammie” to her grandchildren and helping others when she could.

Linda will be remembered for the love and care she poured into others.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.

Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting the family.
