Lola Silvers Lunsford

LOLA S. LUNSFORD Lola Silvers Lunsford, 84, of 599 N. Louisiana Avenue, Asheville, died Monday, October 13, 2003. Mrs. Lunsford was a lifelong resident of Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Thore and Cordelia Edwards Silvers. She is survived by her husband, Warren Lunsford; a son, Garry Lunsford and his wife Sherri of Raleigh, and four grandchildren, Grant Lunsford, Lauren Lunsford Pearce, Aaron Lunsford and Kaley Lunsford. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Burial will be at Flint Hill Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
