I can’t stop thinking of her in her smocked dresses and big bows. I continued to keep up with her through your FB and loved seeing how she grew and how great she was doing in cross country. I can’t imagine the pain that you all are experiencing, but my love and prayers surround you all. That seems insignificant now but I offer love, support, and prayers.

I hope that your strong faith in God and the support of your family and so many friends will give you the strength to get through this terrible tragedy. Please know that if there is any way that my family can help that we are more than willing to jump in where we can.We will you keep you and your family in our prayers.

  14. I am praying for your family. So young and so sad I’m sure your hearts are broken. It’s so hard to know what to say in a time such as this yet I do know this – You are not alone. When your heart feels empty and all you want to do is cry cry out to God. When you want to scream and shout because you’re angry yell at God. People forget how Big and Wonderful are Mighty God is. Remember He is called The Great I Am and He can take whatever you throw at Him. David is our prime example for this. Hannah went to the Altar in anguish and God answered her because she was broken. Your Holy Father God above is so empathic that He is aware and feels your pain at this time. Climb into His big beautiful lap and allow Him to love you and comfort you as only He can. Don’t let the world tell you you can’t cry no more about the absence of your daughter from your lives yet I pray that you will rejoice in knowing that whatever happened and whatever reason she was taken from this world you will see her again.

  15. There are no words.
Our daughters ran together on cross country at Gibbons and she will be greatly missed.
May God hold you more tightly tonight and always.

Do not be anxious, for I am your God. When I heard about your lovely daughter’s passing, I felt such sorrow for your pain. Loss of a child is indescribable and nothing prepares us as parents for that. I hope for all of you that with time, you will find it easier to bear that burden. I am so very sorry and hope that your memories of her will live on.
Our children were in the same class at Gibbons, and even though my son did not know Madeline, it was still a shock to her classmates and parents. May God continue to bless your family now and always.
