I was so sorry to hear of Martha’s passing. She was always such a sweet person. I will always remember her, thinking of what a wonderful person she was. She was so good to my mother, Wilcy Smith, checking on her almost every day as she walked around the loop, Beaverdam Loop Rd. She was always a blessing to me.
I know that ‘Miss’ Martha will be so missed! She was such a hard worker for Lord! I know her girls will miss her terribly! I loved going to her house when I was a child and smelling the wonderful food she was cooking! I loved playing in the ‘smoke house.’ I always felt loved in her home!! Until we meet again, Godspeed!
The loss of a mother is hard to accept. Miss Martha was a very sweet and loving lady. I know in my heart God will enjoy her being with him. She is more happy now that she has ever been. Praise the Lord! I will miss seeing Martha walking around the loop. She always smiled and waved when I would pass.
I want to give my condolences to all the family. My heart goes out to you all.
