Thanks Marvin for the wonderful memories we shared. You were prepared for this, but it always comes too quick among friends. Love ya Brother, DeWayne
Sorry to hear of Marvin’s passing. He was a good neighbor.
The last time I spoke with Marvin (and often), he mentioned how he started his daily writing: “Oh, LOVE, that will not let me go.” I find peace knowing Marvin continues to be in the embrace of LOVE.
We never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Schrock in person, but we met him through the eyes of his daughter, Shireen. Our prayers are with the family during this time of loss.
When we first moved to Eureka in 1976 we wanted to have a garden but our soil was not fertile. Marvin loaded up his spreader from his hog shed, hooked up his Farmall and hauled the load to town. Our garden was fertile for many years. Thanks Marvin!
Rest in Peace Marvin.
