Mary Ann Towe

Mary Ann Towe, 76, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at the Laurels of Summit Ridge. Mrs. Towe was a native of Haywood County and was a daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Parton Cagle. She is survived by her husband, Carl Towe; son, Michael Gibson; step-daughters, Crystal Kelder, Lynne Fish (Jeff) and Diane Holmes (Mitchell); sisters. Carolyn Morrow and Mamie Burchfield; brother, Harold Cagle; five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Grooms and a brother, Junior Cagle. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with burial to follow at Pisgah View Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
