Mary June Clark Brown

Mary June Clark Brown, 72, of Asheville, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center. A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Anna Elizabeth Miller Clark. She was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Edith Woody and Judy Clark. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Curt Brown; her sons, Greg and Doug; her daughter, Amanda, and son-in-law, Kris; grandsons, Christian and Caden; and her brother, Frank Clark. Mary was a homemaker and an active lifetime member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a caregiver to many family and friends, doing God’s work in own special way. A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2018, at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Terry Duckworth officiating.
