Mary Lee Gaddy

Mary Lee Foster Gaddy, 92, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026, at her home. A life-long resident of Candler, she was born to the late Junius and Elva May Foster in 1933. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Bill, Junius, and Calvin Foster; sister, Betty Foster-Ward; and son, Larry Gaddy.

She is survived by her son Steve Gaddy (Donna); daughter-in-law, Sharon Gaddy; grandson, Bradley Gaddy; granddaughter, Stacy Orrell; sister, Ellen Davis; and great-grandchildren, Riley Gaddy, Cadence Orrell, Whitney Orrell, Camden Orrell, Willow Gaddy, and Ellie Gaddy.

A special thanks to Larry and Sharon Gaddy for taking care of Mama these past few years. They did it with love and respect.

A memorial service for Mrs. Gaddy will be planned at a later date. Burial will be private. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting the family.
