Mary Sue Roberson Hensley

Mary Sue Roberson Hensley, 81, of Alma, GA, and formerly of Candler, NC passed away Monday, September 22, 2025.

Born March 1, 1944 in Murphy, NC, Mary Sue was a daughter of the late Pete Henry and Dorothy Haigler Roberson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hartcel Bascomb “H.B.” Hensley.

Mrs. Hensley is survived by her son, Robert Hensley (Tammy); grandson, Grant Hensley (Danielle); great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Hensley; and special uncle, Richard Haigler.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday at Murphy’s Chapel in Marion, NC.
