Dear Shirley and family,
I’m truly sorry to hear about the loss of Ms. Payne. She was such a sweet, kind, and loving lady. She always had a kind word for me as well as wanted to know how I was doing. We spoke of her family in Weaverville on my last visit to see Aunt Peggy. I will truly miss her. GOD must have needed another angel, because this is what HE has, when she went HOME to be with HIM.

Aunt Mildred was a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed.
Mildred – My True Friend … I will miss your laughter, your phone calls, your happy spirit, your love & concern for other people, your ‘old fashioned’ sayings. I love you my dear friend.
To the Family: May your many memories keep your spirits lifted. Every time you hear a harp, you’ll think of your momma. Every time you hear a guitar being strummed, you’ll think of your grandma. Mildred enjoyed life, to the very last minute…May you do the same, as you remember her love for you.
