Patience was one of my favorite persons in all the world. I always felt so comfortable in her presence. I looked forward to hearing her comments about the books we read in Book Club. I am very saddened that her light is no longer shining in this world. Samantha, Faith and Jessica, please accept my condolences and hugs from Harriet Cosover.
Dear Jessica, Faith & Samantha, I just found out about your mother’s passing. So sorry to hear this. I always enjoyed her company whenever she attended the retired teacher’s luncheons. I pray you will be comforted by the fond memories you have of your wonderful mother!
I’m am sad to hear about the passing of both your parents. They were lovely people and I always enjoyed seeing them. Samantha, please check your FB messenger. I sent you some pics I had of them both and/or send me an email and I will happily forward. Please let me know when services will be. Maybe I can get Mom there. Sending prayers to you all.
As spring gets closer it brings back so many fond memories of Patience and her “Garden of Eatin” We shared a love of gardening—as well as plants, seeds and growing tips. My beans are descendants of seeds she had been saving over the years. Gardening just won’t seem the same this year. And Patience was so good at keeping in touch with everyone and bringing them together, organizing the Chi O reunions for years. She’ll be missed by so many.
She taught my daughter in First Grade at Alexandria Township. She was such a sweet lady and a terrific teacher. I was saddened to hear of her passing. My condolences to the family.
