Patricia Ann Ramsey Meadows, 70, of Asheville, passed away Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Elizabeth House.
Born October 29, 1954 in Buncombe Co., Patricia was a daughter of the late Jerome Woodard Ramsey and Virginia Lee Green Ramsey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jack Perry Meadows, and her sisters, Gloria West, Susan Reece and Janet Watts.
Surviving are her daughters, Melissa Renee Pfaller (Nicholas) and Tracy Lanette Meadows; grandchildren, Ryan, Lucas, Anthony, Jackson, Keira and Elle; and brothers, Gary, Keith and Ronald Ramsey.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30 in the chapel of the Western Carolina State Veteran’s Cemetery in Black Mountain. The Rev. Allen Rash will officiate.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting the family.
