Pat was one of my favorite cousins. I remember me and my
dad,Paul Howell going to spend the day with them. I am very sorry for your loss. May God bless you.
Jerry, Kathy & Scott & family. Know your hearts are still heavy as the days go by without Pat. She was one-in-a-million. She could brighten a room just by walking in. She was an example of what we all should be –willing to help anyone she felt needed help. She would go the extra mile to put a smile on a kids face, especially those she knew needed a ‘little extra’. When we moved to Asheville, 37 years ago, Pat, was one of the first people I really became acquainted with. We became friends and after all these years, never had an angry or harsh word toward each other–friendship that was priceless–tho Pat lived to aggravate my husband, Don, to death–they had a ball pestering each other –all in fun–a friendship also that was priceless. As I sat thru Pat’s memorial service, I watched all of you and the reaction as Pastor Andy talked. You all seem to know all this already. As life here on earth goes on with Pat, just know that Jesus is watching over all of you, guiding your path and is there to lean on, talk to, cry with and just sit and tell HIM how you feel. Just know that one day, you will be with Pat again and how much better she feels today. Love you all very much !!!!
