Resided in:
Fairview, NC
Fairview- Paul Joseph Trombatore, of Fairview, departed this life into the full mercy of God on April 28th, 2014.
Paul was born March 19, 1990, to Tom and Barbara Trombatore, also of Fairview. He was employed by Resinart East, Inc. as a digital graphics artist.
He is survived by his father and mother; his brother, Thomas Trombatore (TJ) and wife, Kelsey, and their daughter Addie, of Fairview; Grandparents, Carl and Janice Huntsinger, of Black Mountain; Carol Trombatore, of Long Beach, CA; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert J. Hunter, of Asheville, NC and Vince Trombatore, of Huntington Beach, CA.
To those who knew Paul best, he was a brilliant light; and for those who knew him well, he was stunningly beautiful. In his music, his mixed comic art, his writing, and as any light and beauty would be, in his comedic intensity, he was the light and beauty in it all.
The beauty and light of Paul's life will be celebrated on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at Fairview Christian Fellowship. Friends and relatives will be received beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Russell Harper of Fairview Christian Fellowship will be officiating. A graveside service will follow where he will be laid to rest at Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery. A reception will be held in the Fellowship Hall of Fairview Christian Fellowship after the graveside service.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the US Autism & Asperger Association (usautism.org) or a charity of one's choice.
Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.
What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful person. Love to all the family.

Paul will be missed terribly. We listen to the cd he made us everyday. I’ve never met such a talented, funny, kind, and a one in a million friend. His wonderful personality shines bright through his music and his art. He was always drawing. I know he’s making music with choir angels now. Wait for us Paul, we love you.

Thinking of you, knowing that dear man is off into a wonderful world of music. We will all miss him so very much. John loved seeing him drive by the orchard. Pouring out as much love as we can into the cove.
Paul was a great guy and a best friend my prayers are with him and the family paul you will be missed but not forgotten
I did not have the pleasure of knowing Paul, but my prayers and thoughts go out to Barbara and the rest of the family. I pray that peace find it’s way to each of you and that you can hold the beautiful memories in the center of your hearts. Much love.
My heart is with the family and friends. I wish I had known Paul, I’m sure he and I had a lot in common…..we share the same birthday. He was in the same class at Reynolds with Violet, and know they were friends. His music is beautiful, and I hope it can be shared as just one way to keep his memory alive. God’s Peace and Comfort To You All _/\_
Although I have not been in touch with my Fairview family and friends of late, it saddens my heart to hear of your incredible loss. My prayer is that the Lord comforts you all and brings you a peace that surpasses all understanding and that Paul’s beautiful spirit lives on in the memories of all the lives he touched in such a special and loving way.
