My fondest memory of President Reagan will always be that he was who I voted for in the 1984 election, which was the first one i was eligible to vote in. I was young, and not really into politics, however I did know that he was a man that could lead this great country we have the pleasure of calling ours. May God bless Nancy, and the entire Reagan family, and may you find peace knowing that your husband and father was a remarkable man, and also knowing he is now in a place suited for such a man as himself.

Being in my mid-forties now, not before or since Ronald Reagan was our president have I seen a world leader with the compassion, sense, wisdom and presence that he had. It seems, based upon the days immediately following his death, that most of the world agrees. I am honored to have been alive to witness this man’s leadership, and saddened that it is unlikely we will see that level met again. Godspeed, President Reagan.

Mr. Reagan is an icon in which one of my friends father has the same disease. She told me her father said that ‘If he had to have this disease he was glad he could share it with someone he truly looked up to’. Both men are very precious men and will be dearly missed. I can not express the sorrow I am feeling for the Family and for the nation. This man was truly a gift from God. There are NO WORDS that one can express what a loss he is. Our nation has not been the same sense his he left office. I was 9 when he entered into into office so I was unware of what his job/duty was at that time. It was only when I was much older did I know what a great and awesome man he was in/out of office. Please know that my heart has hurt all week and my soul has been w/ you, the Ronald Reagan family, evey minute from his passing. I never met Ronald Reagan. I only new him from what I read and saw with my own eyes. I do know that someday I and many many others will meet this great man and get to Thank our Lord and Savior for this remarkable man that God let us have for 93 years. Ronald Reagan often spoke of a rendezvous with destiny. He always saw America as the shining city on the hill. For many, his light shone brightest.
His vision of politics — ‘not left or right, only up or down.’
His vision of America –‘unafraid, unashamed, and unsurpassed.’
President Reagan not only fulfilled his destiny, but he also had faith in America and our ability to preserve it.
Ronald Reagan was the first president I had the opportunity to vote for and I only hope that I have the opportunity to vote for another who loves America as much as President Reagan loved America. Thank you for for caring enough to elevate us all.
We have high regards for President Reagan. I’m aproaching my 80th birthday and my wife is aproaching her 75th birthday. We both agree that President Ronald Reagan was the most caring president during our lifetime. He did a great service for our country during his 8 years in office. local T.V. station(WLOS-TV 13) in
Asheville,N.C. He was a great presence in the station and I spoke
only briefly with him but I will always remember his warm and firm

My deepest sympathies to Mrs. Reagan, Mike, Ron Jr., Patty and Family. My fondest memory of President Reagan was when I turned 18, and it was my first vote. I was heck-bent on voting for him. The ballot machine handle malfunctioned, and I was told it cancelled out my vote. I inately knew God had special plans awaiting him in his presidency so I was reduced to tears. So after finding out a remedy, me and my mom waited 3 hrs. to give a deposition to a judge who gave me a court order to go back to cast my vote. President Reagan had God in his heart and an open ear to His Truth which made him a special gift to us as Americans. I am sure at this point, Maureen is introducing her Dad to everyone in Heaven. As the country says goodbye to a wonderful man, president, governor, actor, husband, and father, we must look beyond the days here on earth. I grieve with the family and our nation in the death of our brave hero, Ronald Wilson Reagan, who gave so diligently of his time, talents, love and care for others around the world. He helped make ours the ‘greatest country.’
Ronald Reagan and Nancy, you have been an inspiration to me and has had a big influence in my life. You show your love for the Lord. Your love and devotion to each other has had a big impact on the lives of many others.
For Nancy Reagan, who is not only his devoted wife and best friend, but a long time caregiver. The days without him will be long and empty, but, oh the great memories you can hold onto.
To you, Nancy Reagan, I say: ‘You have not lost a wonderful husband and friend, you have gained an Angel. He will be watching over you from Heaven and waiting for you. He has a glorified body, free from all pain and sorrow, a clear mind, and has come face to face with his Jesus. What a glorious day we will have when, we, too, meet Our Lord and Saviour face to face.

President Reagan was the first President I was able to vote for. I only wish that the following Presidents I had to chose from had the integrity of President Reagan.
