RICHARD EARL BROWN
LEICESTER-Richard Earl Brown, 57, of Leicester, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna Young Brown, his grandmother, Cora Phillips and a sister, Shirley Brown.
A native of Dunlap, TN, he was a son of Johnnie Lee and Thelma Rebecca Byrd Brown.
Surviving are a son, Josh Phillips of Woodfin; two daughters, Robin Brown of Leicester and Sonya Young of Candler; six brothers, Daniel, Floyd, Larry, Johnny, Jerry and Billy Brown; two sisters, Marilyn Wells and Carolyn Lewis, and four grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, at Redmon Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the cemetery.

I am trying to help Mr. Brown’s neice, Rebecca Edmonds. She is the daughter of Larry Lee Brown, and she has lost contact with his side of the family. She would like to know if her grandparents, Johnnie Lee and Thelma, are still living? She is named for her grandmother. She was just a little girl the last time she saw them.
