Robert Earl "Bobby" Connors, 38, died on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. An Asheville native, Mr. Connors was a son of Dorothy Averill and of the late Edward Connors, Sr. In addition to his mother, Mr. Connors is survived by his daughter, Diamond Smith; sons, Cameron and Cody Connors, and Christian Dunn; and brothers, Edward Connors, Jr., and wife Kelly, and Steven Connors and wife Michelle. A memorial service for Mr. Connors will be at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Groce Funeral Home Chapel on Patton Ave. with the Rev. Garry Rogers officiating.

  2. Dottie; I am so sorry to hear about Bobby\’s death. I remember when he and the other 2 were much smaller. I also heard at the same time that your mom passed away.   3. My deepest condolences go out to your family. It’s very little that can take away from the pain we experience when we lose a loved one, but one thing that helps me find comfort and hopefully helps you too, is the the promises found in the Bible. Such as, Isaiah 25:8 where God promises to soon, ‘swallow up death forever’ and to ‘wipe away the tears from all faces’.

  4. I am so very sorry for the lost of bobby. We were very close at one time. Because we worked together all the time. He was a wonderful man. We will all miss him. Doddy I’m so sorry for you loss.
