Uncle Bobby was and is a special person, courageous to a fault in how he approached his illness. If you asked him how he was doing, it was always ‘I’m doing just great!’. This was an indication of his character but also his strong Christian faith and understanding of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Nita and my cousin Stan and family. May Gods grace and presence be with you during this sad time.
Hi Juanita, I am so sorry to hear about Bob’s passing and I hate that Beth and I were not able to come by and see you and Stanley. I recently took a new job in Knoxville and was not able to make it home in time to come by. I am glad that mom and dad were able to come by and see you. They told me that Stanley looked great and was doing well. It has been way to long since I have seen any of you and I apologize for that. Again, I am sorry to hear the news and if there is anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to let us know. We would love to keep in touch with you and Stanley in the future.
Sincerely,
Mike and Beth McBroom
Juanita,
I just got back into town today and learned about Bob. I know that you, Stanley, Lori and the kids will greatly miss his presence in your lives. The best advise I can give to you is to remember the wonderful years that you shared.
In sympathy,
Freda Plemmons
Aunt Nita,Stan,Lori & kids,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Cherish all of the good times you had and when you look around at all of the family and friends you will know he blessed all of us in his own special way
All of our love to you all
Aunt Nita, Stan and family, I have been blessed by you and Uncle Bobby. I can imagine how hard this time is for you. Just imagine the reunion in Heaven. I am glad that I saw him briefly while the kids and I were there at Easter and saw the same peace that Mom had, knowing he was going home. I love you and continue to pray for you.
Ever since I have known Juanita and then Bob I have been impressed by not only how true they live their Christian Life but how precious they are to each other. Sweethearts for Eternity. No matter how bad Bob felt or the weaker he became he continued to reach out to those in his church and his community. He continued to be a wonderful husband like the man of God would want a Christian husband to be. Wearing his oxygen and still mowing and doing the laundry and having supper ready when Juanita got in from work. He will leave a big hole in a lot of lives but how wonderful to know he is waiting in heaven to greet us and is standing strong and well, young and handsome with no health problems. Ready for a hug and a chat. I know God has said well done to you Bob. We love you ‘sweet one’ Juanita. Love Karen & Bob Weeks
We want to express our deepest of sympathies to your family.Even though we will miss Bob,we can rejoice with you knowing that Bob is in Heaven and no longer has pain. We are praying for you and are here for you.
In Christ’s love,
Stan, Lorri & family please know that our hearts and prayers are with you.
Dear Juanita, Stan, Lori and Family,
Remembering Bob brings a smile to my face. Stan, he was so proud of his wonderful son! Bob’s Christian values were his guide as you grew up, married your special Lori, and had two wonderful children.
Juanita, it was my pleasure to work with you at Brooks-Howell almost 30 years, sharing joys, sorrows, and many challenges. Your family has been and wll continue to be in my praywers as you adjust to life without Bob’s presence, but have peace knowing he is in God’s presence.
With fond memories and much love,
Thelma McGraw
