I am saddened to hear of the passing of Bob Hauss. Bob was my supervisor at Aetna from 1983 through 1992. Bob had a great sense of humor and was a positive influence in my life. My sincere condolences to his family.

To the Hauss Family: I was very saddened to learn of Bob’s passing. He and I worked together at Aetna for a number of years and not only was he a fellow employee, but Bob and I developed a very close friendship. I can recall many times when AEtna employees would come to his desk to not only discuss business issues but personal matters as well. He was like our big daddy in the office. He always had time for everyone who needed to speak with him. We will all miss him – he was a legend!

To the Hauss Family – I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was a great person and good friend. I had the pleasure of working with him at the Tampa office of Aetna Life and Casualty. Bob had a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. He was a hard worker and really new the appraisal business. He will be missed by all those who knew him.

My sincere condolences to Mr.Hauss’ family. I worked with him in the Aetna’s Florida Claim office from ’72 until he retired and everyone thought the world of him. He was always kind and fun! Our office did great work and was like a second family and he was a big part of that.
Chris, Kevin, and Michael, Just wanted to let you know I was saddened to hear of the passing of your Father. I know we haven’t seen each other in along time, but as a kid living across the street, and not having a father around your Dad was a positive influence on my life. I’ll never forget him coaching Little League and all the good times we had. My thoughts are with you in this time of sorrow. It would be nice to talk to you guys again.
