We were saddened to read of Roy’s death. Roy and I go back to the spring of 1941 when we were on the baseball team at Lee Edwards High School. After that we were reunited at the Asheville Post Office where I was also employed. Jean and I remember Roy as a person always smiling and good to be with. Please accept our sincere condolences and you are in our prayers.
