Ruby Mae Guy Jackson, 70, of the Western Carolina Baptist Home, Asheville, died Wednesday, January 26, 2000.

Mrs. Jackson was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late James Marion and Lucy North Guy. She was a former employee of the Laundry Dept. of Memorial Mission Hospital and of Nu-Way Cleaners.

She is survived by two daughters, Patsy Clouse of Asheville and Carolyn Sexton of Leicester; three sons, George Wilson of Oteen, Danny Jackson of Leicester, and John Jackson of Asheville; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 11:00 am Friday at Green Hills Cemetery with the Rev. Edgar Ferrell officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
