Dear family my heart aches at the loss of Jean. We talked a couple of weeks ago and she was having a great day. She had missed the last two gatherings of the C.J.Harris gang and was eager for us to get together soon. She was a beautiful friend. Heaven is richer now. Shirley
Mrs. Harris was such a dear lady to me. I will so miss her. I had great respect for her, she was my boss when she was the Director of Nursing at C. J. Harris Community Hospital in Sylva, NC. We still mailed each other birthday cards and Christmas cards. With deepest sympathy, Debby
Jean was such a special person to all of us who worked with her at C. J. Harris Hospital. She was not only a woman, but a LADY with respect for others and so respected by others. She has remained a true companion by attending our frequent get-togethers. I know she was welcomed into Heaven with open arms! We will all miss her. She was a #1 Director of Nursing!
R.I.P. old friend and neighbor, we remember all the good times in the neighborhood and with the hospital gang in Lehigh Acres, Nancy our outstanding babysitter and Andy my hunting buddie.Thinking of you guys. Larry & Loretta Miller 828-369-6924
Both Jean and Frank were great friends, and contributors to the medical community and the community as a whole in Lehigh Acres. We cherish the memories of both of them. We lost Frank much too early and fortunately Jean was able to carry on. Our condolences to Nancy and Andy. You are in our thoughts.
Mrs Harris Was a wonderful lady that I had the privilege of working with at Harris Regional Hospital. I was working as an LPN at the time. When I wanted to go back to school for my RN there were some scheduling problems and it didn’t look like I would be allowed the time to do this, Mrs. Harris made it happen. I am forever grateful to her. She will be missed my many.
Jean Harris was one of those fine ladies you encounter in life and will never forget. Her standards encouraged me to be a better person. I enjoyed working with her and knowing her. My sincere sympathy to her family.
My deep condolences goes out to the Harris family. The scripture at Rev 21:4 always helps to cheer me up. There it says that he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more. Jehovah promises this in the coming new world a paradise.
