Shawn Michael Dalton Chasteen, infant son of John and Mary Pulliam Chasteen of Leicester, died Friday, February 11, 2005.
Shawn was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joe Hyman and by his maternal grandparents, Doris Walker and Edwin Pulliam and a brother, Matthew Chasteen.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Grace Chasteen of Oteen; five sisters, Tanya Williams of Candler, Miranda Reece of Swannanoa, Melinda Chasteen, Johnnie Chasteen and Destoni Chasteen, all of the home; two brothers, John Chasteen of Candler and Steve Reece of Swannanoa.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am Monday at Skyview Memorial Park with the Revs. Sam Cole and Tommy Propest officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00-8:30 pm Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
