Shirley Kanupp Davis, 72, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2025.

A native of Buncombe Co., NC, Shirley was a daughter of the late Archie and Mary Elizabeth Elliott Kanupp.

She is survived by her husband, Michael C. Davis; sons, Jeffrey Michael Davis and Jason Scott Davis; sister, Wanda Kanupp; brothers, Robert Kanupp and Jack Kanupp; and two grandchildren.

A private service will be held. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.

  3. Mike, so sorry to hear about Shirley. That was totally unexpected to say the least. My heart, prayers and thoughts go out too you and the kids.
