Teressa Ingle Witt, 67, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019.

An Asheville native, Teri was a daughter of George and Lorene Givens Ingle.

In addition to her parents, Teri is survived by her daughters, Gail Roberts and Angie Xhakolli; son, Ray Hayman, Jr.; sisters, Diana Ingle and Melissa Ingle; and grandchildren, Josiah, Tanner, and Brinley Roberts and Jase Xhakolli.

The funeral service for Ms. Witt will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. The Rev. Willie Warren will officiate. Interment will follow at Pisgah View Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Blacks Chapel CHURCH, Teri attended our church for years when she lived in Tennessee, she was a worker for the Lord while their, we missed her so much when she moved back to NC. but we always kept in touch, wonderful lady, we love her and will miss her, no more suffering for Teri. we will keep you in our prayers.

  11. Wish I could have been with my family today. I remember bringing Teri home on a pillow when she was born, I was and still a very proud Uncle. I will miss Teri’s phone calls, and we were able to talk about everything, we had a special bond. My love to Gail, Angie, Ray, and the grandchildren. She was a brave woman, and fought a good fight, time for her to rest with the Lord

  13. Teri was in my PSP/Graphics Group. I didn’t know her very long, but in the short time I did know her we connected in spirit. My condolences to Teri’s family and I pray God will comfort you during your grief. She is dancing with Our Lord and no longer in pain.

  14. It will be almost 3 months since you left us! Not a day goes by that your name isn’t mentioned, that we feel that void in our hearts. We are going forward but waiting and longing for that great reunion day!!

  15. Just saw this. My condolences to the family. I went to school with Teri and we were friends then. I reconnected with her on fb and she fought bravely. She never lost her faith and loved her family more than anything on earth.
