I love you Dad, I am so happy that you and Mom are together again. I know you missed her. I am comforted by the fact that you are no longer suffering and grateful that I have two fantastic brothers and the most wonderful sister. You and Mom did a great job raising us and I can’t think of many others that had the life experiences we had growing up. It would be an understatement to say that it was a wild ride, traveling around the globe, twice before I was 18. Thank You Dad, I am very proud and grateful to be your Son. Love you….
I met Tom about 3 years ago when I was accepted as the ‘token’ woman at the poker games. We will miss him but know that he is in a great place as he was a kind and gentle soul. God be with you all in this time of great sorrow.
Sincerely,
Melba Humphrey, Clayton GA
I met Tom when I joined our poker group in 2002 We had some great times, but I am glad that he is at peace now. God’s blessing to his family; and know that we will join you in missing this compassionate and funny man. Sincerely, Malcolm and Sharon Kavanagh Franklin, North Carolina
I am proud that I was able to serve with and for SGM Mansfield while assigned to his unit from 1970 to 1977. He was a top notch soldier. Tom will be missed, but always remembered.
