Vera Gisela Kroetz

Vera Gisela Kroetz, 69, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 27, 2017. Born in Germany, Ms. Kroetz came first to Canada with her family, before settling in Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University and worked as a teacher. She suffered a stroke as an adult, and was lovingly cared for by her father, Werner Christian Kroetz, for many years until his passing in 2014. Since that time she has been a resident of Asheland Ridge Health Center where she will be missed by friends and staff. She was a cat lover and a music lover. She will be remembered for her gratitude, kindness, and love of God. A graveside service will be held at the Calvary Churchyard at Calvary Episcopal Church, 2840 Hendersonville Rd, Fletcher, NC on Sunday, November 5th at 4:00 P.M.
