I’m so glad to have stone pillars and bridge that Bud made beautiful with perfectly fit rock work. He brought his rifle along just in case a ground hog popped his head out of the ground while he was working. He was 80 then.
My sympathies to the family.
He was a great man. I have walked the mountains behind a coon dog with him many a night. His character helped mold me into the man I am today. His memories will last with me forever. Heaven has gained a special man! Cut the hounds loose old friend. I’ll be there with you one day! I love you Bud!
Going to miss the banter I have shared with
My beloved brother in law for 65 years plus!

I am thinking of your family at this sad time. I know that Daddy met him with his hand stuck out to shake it… they are talking about coon dogs and bluegrass.

We are so sorry to hear of Buds passing.
He was a wonderful man with a great sense
humor. May God, as only he can, sustain
you during this time. Praying for all of his
loved ones.
To the Huntley family, my deepest sympathies to you. I am very sorry for your loss. God’s original purpose for humankind was to live forever in Paradise on a beautiful earth. Death was not part of that original purpose. Unfortunately, in this world we live in, it is all too common to lose our loved ones in death, and it hurts. However, we won’t hurt for long. John 5:28,29 says, ‘Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice, and come out.’ What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your dead loved ones. No doubt, that’s a promise that you would like to see fulfilled.
