We have lived across the street from Bill for 11 years and we love him dearly and will greatly miss him. A very loving and caring man who always looked out for us as well as everybody else. Now he is once again with Opal. He was a special person as he tied all of the neighborhood folk together. Truly one was blessed having known him. We offer our sincerest condolences to his family.
