William Wilson “Bill” Keltz, 64, of 105 Liberty Road, Candler, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 12, 2003, in an Asheville hospital. Mr. Keltz was born in Latrobe, PA and was a son of the late William W. and Phyllis Kiser Keltz, Sr. He was an Air Force veteran and a retired truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine Ingle Keltz; three step-daughters, Debbie Rollins of Leicester, Teresa Teel of Asheville and Annette Boyd of Sumter, SC; a sister, Susan Frady f Rock Hill, SC; four step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral home with the Rev. Michael Funderburk officiating. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. His family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
