Albert F. “Little Ab” Southerland, 58, of Asheville, died Monday, June 12, 2000.
A native of Buncombe County, he was a son of the late Albert Franklin and Gussie Louise Melton Southerland, Sr.
He is survived by two sisters, June Bryant of Dalton, GA and Mary Arden of Waukegan, IL; three brothers, Jack Southerland of Wichita, TX, Eddie Southerland of Massilon, OH, and Marvin Southerland of Long Beach, CA; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday at Green Hills Cemetery with Chaplain Fred Schultz officiating.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is in charge of the arrangements.
