  6. Words aren’t big enough for what I feel right now.
My love and condolences to Larry and Freida and family.
Drew was the first friend I met in school way back in kindergarten and we stayed friends all the way till graduation.
We were together from graduation morning until we had to go to the civic center.
It was surreal it didn’t seem that long ago then and it doesn’t now looking back on that first day of school.
I was one of those kids let’s say wasn’t having the easiest first day and I can still see and hear in my mind this little guy with huge character coming up and telling me it’s going to be alright. That was the beginning of a long friendship.
That also says a lot about Drew Matthews.
He was the guy who tell you it’s going to be ok anyone who seemed to need it.
Drew was a good guy. The kind of guy who stood up for what was right or the kid who couldn’t stand up for himself. The guy always willing to lend a hand or a shoulder.
    Drew Matthews was my friend.
My first friend. The guy who told me it would be alright on a morning I really needed to hear it.
Drew was my friend and although it’s been far too long since we have seen each other I know I will miss you forever brother.
    May you find peace 🕊️
I love you buddy. Thank you for everything. Mostly for being my friend and yourself.
