Loved this man. When I was a young man Andy was my mentor in the “Paul and Timothy” mentoring program at church. He was my dad’s golf and garden partner and very close longtime friend. They were so close i always thought Andy was my uncle. Andy was a great friend of young people and chaperoned the church’s youth retreats to Chapel by the Sea in Garden Ciity SC for 25 years. RIP my friend. You kept the faith.
Andy was a big part of my growing up years at Gashes Creek. Andy always had a smile and a kind word. He is now walking in Heaven with our Lord Jesus.
What a true man of God. Sad to hear of his passing, but rejoicing that he is where he wanted to be! I am so thankful for the wonderful memories I have of him as I was growing up at Gashes Creek.
