Angela was a unique and very caring person. I will miss her.
Into your hands, O merciful Savior, we commend your servant Angela. Acknowledge, we humbly beseech you, a sheep of your own fold, a lamb of your own flock, a sinner of your own redeeming. Receive her into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints in light. AMEN
Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes grow weak with sorrow, my soul and my body with grief. Psalm 31:9
I love you and I will miss you my dear, dear friend!
To Angela’s Family: May you find peace and comfort in the Lord.
She gave me a chance when I needed it most. Her faith in me led to my independence. Gracious lord, thy faithful servant Angela has returned to thee.
I never dreamed that your phone call last Sun. would be the last time I heard your precious voice. The love and care you gave my dad last year can never be repaid. The friendship that you and my sister(Lynn)had was very special to her.
Words can’t express the sadness I am feeling with your death, but the most important journey to make in ones life, you have accomplished. I know you are at peace now. Heaven is where all God’s children reside. I Love you Angela and you will be greatly missed.
Thoughts and prayers go out to your family as they try to deal with your loss.
In Gods name AMEN.
Love, Leon and Sheila McClellan

To the Angela Crawford Family:
What can we say, except that we are saddened to learn of Angela’s passing. We remember her with much fondness. She was a very special child to me personally, when I taught her in the eigth grade. She was always laughing and happy and having a good time. She would always come and speak to me when she was home and we formed a special bond between us. I am trusting that she is now at peace with the Lord. I want all of you to know that she has a special place in my heart.

Heather, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was one of my Acteen teachers at Biltmore many years ago, and left a lasting impression on my life. She loved the Lord, and showed that love to everyone she came in contact with. You and the family will be in my prayers. Know that she is in her Fathers arms and you will see her again. So many good memories of Angela at TC. Our thoughts are with her family during this sorrowful time.
My earliest memories of Angela were as a small child and both of us attending the same Bible classes at Biltmore Baptish Church. She was always friendly and would light up a room with her smile. When Heather attended VSMS, it was so nice to visit with Angela on occasion and to see how their lives were so lovingly interconnected between mother/child. Angela was a wonderful, supportive mother and was so very proud of Heather’s musical talents. I will forever remember Angela’s warm and caring manner and my heart is saddened to hear of her death. May God lift your hearts and spirits and comfort each of you in the days ahead, as only He can do.
-Lovingly,
Paula Queen Crouch Smith
Such a tragic loss. Angela was my best friend from ASU for over 40 years. I will always remember her smile and warm, giving personality. I was blessed to have such a true friend for all those years. I will miss her so, so much. I know as a Christian she is at peace now in God’s healing arms. Heather may God bless you and the rest of the family. My love and condolences to you all.
Rest in Peace, Angela
I met Angela via my sister as her room mate at ASU. I remember a time that she told me I was like having another little sister. She was a special person in many lives.
Maybe now Angela will be able to look down and see her precious grandchildren grow up after years of being denied so many opportunities to experience those irreplaceable moments by her family. We will miss her and cherish the shared good times of the past.
Heather,
You’re a dear friend and you’ve been through so much over the past few years. Now it is all in God’s hands. I pray that you let it rest there and that your family can find some comfort during this difficult time.

I have many fond memories of Angela in our ‘growing up’ years. I always had fun when Angela was around. Her energy and laugh brightened the time and lifted my spirits. Through the years, I saw her from time to time and we would always stop and visit just to catch up. She was always the same. I always counted her among my forever friends. It is my blessing to have known her. May God’s comfort surround her family and grant peace
in a way that human understanding cannot.
With love and sympathy,
Mary Ann Waddell McMinn
Angela – So many memories, so many dreams, so many questions. May God comfort you in His loving arms and give you the peace you could not find on earth.
All I have are words…words that unfortunately, you will now only hear in my thoughts and prayers. This did not have to happen. I remember those times long ago when our family was strong, but we will no longer be blessed with your presence and that hurts me the most. However, I am very thankful for the time I knew you, and for my wife & son knowing you. Gibson will always know of his Aunt Ann and the wonderful & loving person you were to him. For in a way, I envy that you get to spend time with my Papaw, who I also loved very much. I love you & I miss you so much. Until I see you next…
I worked with Angela for many years and feel truly blessed for having known her. May God bless and comfort her family and bring them peace.
I worked with Angela at the Health Center many years ago and am so glad that we met and became friends. May GOD hold her in his arms and heal her and may she have peace again. Prayers go out to the family until they meet again!
To Angela’s Family,
As a neighbor of Angela’s, I knew her well and enjoyed times of visits with her and laughing about our past lives. She could be the most FUN person. May she rest in PEACE and may the Lord hold her in his arms. Heather, it was good to talk with you. May you have peace in your heart now, and know that she loved you and her grandchildren dearly.
Sincerely, Lynne Edwards

Angela, you were truly one of a kind, may your presence forever be centered and surrounding your loved ones that you cherished so much, you will be missed.
We just today learned about Angela. At our last reunion, two years ago, I remeber the newspaper clippings she had posted to a huge poster board showing our football glory days at TCR during the 60’s
Angela, life is so short. I can not believe it has been 42 years since 1968. Thank you for your friendship and excitement for life. We will see you at the final class reunion in heaven.
Angela was a bright ray of sunshine when we were growing up together and a wonderful friend to Bobbi and me and our kids when they were young. though many years and miles have passed we will always remember her fondly. I’m glad she was my cousin. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Mrs Crawford, and with all of your family. Till that day when we all meet again in the presence of our Lord.
Rest now, my dear mother in the arms of Jesus. You are whole again and waiting for the rest of us with open arms and blessings abundant. Sing your praise to the Lord with a joy found only in His presence.
The leader of the band is tired, and her eyes are growing old. But her blood runs through my instrument and her song is in my soul. I love you so very much.
