Annie Katherine Howell

Annie Katherine Howell, 94, of Asheville, died Thursday, January 19, 2006, at Pisgah Manor Nursing Center. A native of Commerce, GA, she was a daughter of the late William Albert Webb and Ethel Ballew Webb Williamson and was also preceded in death by a sister, Roberta W. Burke and a brother, Edgar Leon Webb. Beloved aunt to an entire family and friends, she is survived by a sister, Willie W. Allen of Asheville; four nieces, Saundra Golden, Sharon Bruchette, Rebecca Edwards and Tamara Tucker; four great-nieces; five great-nephews; three great-great-nieces and four great-great-nephews. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Oak Forest Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Timothy W. Meredith officiating. Private interment will be at Green Hills Cemetery. Her family will receive friends following the service at the church. Bless our beloved aunt Kate.
