Annie Lorena Kurtz

ANNIE L. KURTZ Annie Lorena Kurtz, 73, of 99 Deaver Street, Asheville, died Saturday, August 30, 2003. Mrs. Kurtz was born in Spartanburg Co., SC, and was married to the late Sam Kurtz. She was a retired nurses aide. Surviving are a daughter, Mary K. Burnette, with whom she made her home; two sons, Alex Kurtz of Columbia, MD and Sam Kurtz, Jr.; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting with local arrangements.
