Mr. Hill was born September 7, 1959, in Fort Campbell, KY and was an Army veteran and a former groundskeeper/landscaper. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Warren Hill, Jr., his step-father, William Paul Peavy, and by an infant sister, Lori Hill.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda Morrow Peavy, his fiancé, Jessica Blackford, a sister, Vashti Gaskill (Brian) and a nephew, Austin Gaskill.
Memorial services were held in Asheville.
