Barbara (Brauer) Kehrley, 82, of Leicester, died Monday, July 18, 2022 at Care Partners Hospice, Asheville.
A native of Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary Ida (Kelly) Brauer. She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Oscar and Bryan Brauer, and a grandson, Connor Michael Kehrley.
She is survived by three children: Victor Kehrley (Michelle) , Doreen Harris (Bruce), and Peter Kehrley (Paula); her grandchildren: Victoria Lynn Hartman (Tyler), Ian Christopher Kehrley )Sarah), Danielle Harris, and Aiden Kehrley; her longtime best friend Susan Palomegue and her daughter Erika Prezas (Bilsen); and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Green Hills Cemetery, Asheville.
Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.
