just about 50 years since i last saw you, i read b. c.’s obituary notice in this week’s black mountain news. i am very sorry to hear about b. c.; on the other hand, i am very happy to see that you are there, because i heard years ago that you had passed away as a result of an automobile accident somewhere. i don’t know where these things come from. i wish you and b. c. had lived here so that we might have been able to speak to you once in a while. i hope you are doing well and in good health. sincerely, old 66-year-old paul wright
B.C. was my friend at Black Mountain High School. To his sisters and family members I express my condolences for your loss. May the Lord bless and comfort you.
