I am so sorry for your loss. There are heartwarming and encouraging promises from the Bible that can bring much comfort and hope and strength to your family at this most difficult time. Perhaps reflecting on these scriptures will give you what’s needed to assure your family of God’s love: Job 14:14,15; Psalms 55:22; Psalms 94:19; Isaiah 25:8, Acts 24:15; Revelation 21:4.
I remember Mrs. Whitaker from when I was a child a Gashes Creek. She was my teacher in the Sunbeams. I still have a little gumdrop tree she gave me and every Christmas I get it out and put the gum drops on it I think of my Precious Mrs. Whitaker. She is happy in Heaven today!! I will be praying for the family during this time
