We were blessed
How blessed we all are to have been in a family where such a woman existed!
Her humor, love, kisses & hugs are ‘things’ we always took with us.
She always thought of others first, putting herself at the end of the line.
When I asked her once ‘Why she does it?’? She replied simply
‘Don’t worry about me, I’m just fine.’?
How blessed we all are to have known her.
Her kindness, strength, and heart,
She made each of us feel we were special.
From her prayers, you’d never depart!
Always a deep love for her family and God,
You’d know this right from the start,
I feel so blessed that she was my aunt
She’ll always be part of my heart!
Bertha, We’ll miss you!
Love, Donna
