Sincere condolences to the family. RIP Betty Sue, a very sweet friend & neighbor.
We fondly recall the memories we shared with Betty Sue at Emma United Methodist Church
Stephanie and George Sutton
what an angel on earth. i knew betty sue as a child and on through my adult life. she and my mom were the best of friends. such a sweet, sweet soul. she has now joined those that went on before her that already gained their angel wings, carolyn, the buckers, the embler sisters and my mom gwen. many others from her church were also there to greet her as well. i know that the family has wonderful memories of betty sue and will cherish those memories forever.
Betty Sue will be dearly missed, she was such a sweet lady and I loved serving with her at Emma United Methodist Church. Memories to be cherished for sure. She is now home with her Lord and celebrating life with her friends and family.
Betty was such a caring person, I’ve known and helped her for over 10 years. She absolutely wanted to make sure that the cats that showed up at her place were in the best of health and fed religiously. She asked me several years ago what would happen to them if something happened to her, and knowing how much it meant to her, I said we would take care of them, as we have done in a few other instances. But Betty‘s place was so special, her guys are so fat and healthy: they trusted that she would be there every day. I will miss her devoted and caring spirit. But, I’ll do my best to take care of her clan. I hadn’t heard from Betty for a few years, even though I drove by her place regularly, but I can still hear her when she would call, many times over the past several years,:” Hello, this is Betty Moore, on Pisgah view Road…“ I want to always remember her determined voice ❤️
Betty Sue was such a sweet, sweet lady! We were so blessed to have known her! She will certainly be missed by us, and all of her Emma UMC family! Our prayers to her family for God’s peace and comfort.
What a beautiful, caring and giving neighbor. Not only the cats, but the birds will miss her daily feeding. I smile to think of her reunion with Carolyn and the rest of her family.
So sorry for your loss. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.
