Billy Lee Watts, 61, of Starr, SC, died Saturday, April 28, 2012, at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.
A native of Erwin, TN, he was a son of Iva Lee Honeycutt Kirk and of the late William Watts.
Mr. Watts attended Sand Hill Baptist Church in Asheville.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by special friend, Leona Blackburn.
A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Patton Ave. chapel of Groce Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ricky McCarson officiating. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Haun White Cemetery in Erwin, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.

Although I didn’t know Billy that well his mother and sister has always and always will hold a very big special place in my heart. I’m sure he will be missed and his family and friends are in my prays.
