Blanche Sealey Foss, 70, of Leicester, died on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at Memorial Campus Mission Hospitals.
A native of Buncombe Co., Mrs. Foss was a daughter of the late Claude Jackson and Lula Keener Sealey.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Foss; sisters, Hattie Mae Stewart, of Virginia, Nancy Grooms, of Asheville, Ula Ann Smith, of South Carolina, and Irene Marie Willis, of Leicester.
No services are planned. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting with the arrangements.

Dear Kenny,Hattie Mae, Nancy,Ula ann.and Marie. We are so sorry to hear about Blanche.She fought a long battle with you Kenny by her side.We are first cousins and I enjoyed growing up with all you girls. We met Kenny when they moved back here.Kenny we are here for you if you need us for any thing at all.Blanche would have wanted us to help you thru this sad time. She is in Gods hands now and the suffering is gone. We love all of you. Christine Boyd

I am so sorry to hear about Blance’s passing she sure was a sweet lady I used to enjoy seeing you both on Friday afternoons when she used to come to Amanda to get her hair done.
My thoughts are with you at this sad time, Blanche will be missed in our salon…
