Mrs. Blankenship is survived by her husband, Donny Lee Blankenship; and sons, Donny Lee Blankenship, Jr. and Jeremy Flynn.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 27 at 3:00 p.m. at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
