Bonnie Wells Brown

Bonnie Wells Brown, 88, of Rt. 2, Horse Shoe, died Wednesday, August 16, 2000 at a Hendersonville nursing facility. A native of Madison County, she was the daughter of the late Grover L. and Laurnie Freeman Wells. She was also preceded in death by her husband Jesse R. Brown and two sons Henry and Kenneth Brown. She is survived by two sons, Leslie Brown and his wife Martha and Jesse Brown all of Horse Shoe; a sister, Emma Healy of Sedona, AZ; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Patton Avenue Chapel of Groce Funeral Home. Reverend Ed Worley will officiate with burial following in Little Sandy United Methodist Church Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 7-8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
