Bozenna Marta Saganowski

Bozenna Marta Cereszko Saganowski, 70, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021, at CarePartners Solace.

Mrs. Saganowski was born in Poland and was a daughter of the late Stefan and Irene Cereszko. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Mieczyslaw Saganowski, a son, Arthur, and brother, Marek. She had worked as a transcriptionist and attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

She is survived by a granddaughter, Emilia Fijolek and her husband, Karol; great-granddaughters, Hannah, Julia and Roza; brother, Jurek; a number of nieces and nephews and many friends in the US and Poland.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2021, in the 1401 Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. Fr. Dean Cesa officiating.

Her family and friends are invited to a reception at her home following the service.

Bozenna’s cremains will be inurned in Lublin, Poland, alongside her family.
