Carolyn Redman Dacus

Carolyn Redman Dacus, 76, formerly of 3-A Golf St., Asheville, died Friday, April 13, 2007 at Hospice Solace Center. A native of Buncombe Co., she was a daughter of the late N.C. and Elizabeth Walton Redman. She was also preceded in death by her husband William D. Dacus, who died in 2000, and by her brother, Carlyle Redman. Mrs. Dacus was formerly employed as a bookkeeper for Skyland Oldsmobile. She was of the Baptist faith. An interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 16, at Green Hills Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Mountain Area Hospice, P.O. Box 25338, Asheville, NC 28813.
