Carrol Jane Spencer Kimbrough, 61, of 158 Rumbough Place, Asheville, died Wednesday, March 3, 2004, at her home. Mrs. Kimbrough was born in West Virginia and was a daughter of the late Charles Louis and Walda Jane Jordan Spencer. She was married to William Clyde Kimbrough who died in 1999. She was a dispatcher for UNC-A Public Safety Department and was a member of the Fletcher House of Prayer. Surviving are one daughter, Crystal Justice of Leicester; three sons, Herbert Scott Justice of Leicester and Lonnie Clyde Kimbrough and Walden Jesse Kimbrough of Candler; nine grandchildren, Larry Justice, Garry Justice, Ashley Justice, Jordan Kimbrough, Elijah Kimbrough, Courtney Kimbrough, Kayla Kimbrough, Grace Kimbrough and Jacob Kimbrough; two sisters and one brother. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the Western North Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with the Rev. Arnold Vess officiating. Burial will be in the Veterans Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.

  6. Wally, I want you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I have known you a while from skating and stuff and I know you were close to your mom and dad. I know it’s going to be hard but just remember the Lord will take care of you. Just trust him and let him lead you in this time of grief and sorrow.
